About Florida Business Litigation

FL Business Litigation is a natural outgrowth of Marcadis Singer PA.  We are a wholly-owned division of Marcadis Singer, PA, with full access to the resources Florida’s Oldest and Largest Creditors’ Rights firm has to offer.

The “magic” of FLBUSINESSLITIGATION is that our parent company has evolved to spend more and more time resolving business disputes.   As a collections law firm, resolving disputes is in our DNA.   Our overwhelming market advantage also rests in our roots in the collections and creditor’ rights practice.   Ultimately, most disputes become about “the money.”   Most business conflict attorneys might do well at striking an agreement through arbitration or even winning a case in court, however precious few have generations of experience arguing and winning cases in every court in the state and in collecting the money won in the case.  Winning with almost anyone else gets you a judgment, nothing more than bragging rights for winning, and an expensive piece of paper.  Winning with FLBUSINESSLITIGATION brings you a team that has collected in Business Litigation cases for three generations.
